How Cheesy Does It matured

Welcome to Cheesy Does It, a home-based cheese and grazing business based in Barnoldswick, Lancashire run by Sophie, a cheese lover through and through.

My love for cheese began back when I was a toddler and my wonderful Grandad introduced me to Snowdonia Black Bomber - still amazing and always will be!

Throughout my teenage and university years I worked at a florist and my love for flowers blossomed (excuse the pun). Cheesy Does It’s first booking was in 2017 when one of my closest friends asked me to combine my two loves and create a cheese tower for her wedding.

Cheesy Does It launched as an official business when Covid-19 hit. Lockdown was announced, weddings were cancelled, I was furloughed from my full-time job and I had loads of cheese that was going to go to waste. Queue the arrival of gift boxes, tasting boxes and graze boards.

Cheesy Does It really grew whilst furloughed because anyone who knows me, knows I am no good at staying still or being bored so it gave me the time I needed to focus and grow a business. So the pandemic had a cheesy silver lining.

We offer gift boxes, tasting boxes, grazing boxes and boards, grazing tables and the original cheese towers for any occasion. No occasion is too big or too small for cheese.
